Citrus Tuna



Ingredients:

  • 1 pound tuna steaks
  • 1 cup orange juice.
  • 1 cup grapefruit juice.
  • 1/4 cup lime juice.
  • 1/2 cup dry sherry.
  • 1 teaspoon dry thyme.
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  • 1 tablespoon paprika


Preparation:

Mix juices, sherry, thyme, cayenne, and salt in shallow baking dish.  Add fish and marinate for 3-4 hours.  Remove fish from marinade.  Place fish on hot grill and sprinkle with paprika.  Turn after 5-7 minutes and continue cooking another 5-7 minutes.
